Creamy Tuna And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 g butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    300 g grated raw potatoes
    350 ml fish stock or 350 ml broth
    350 ml heavy cream
    350 g chunk tuna, drained
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter over moderate heat for 3 minutes or until limp.
    Add the potatoes and fish broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 - 7 minutes over moderate heat until the potatoes are tender.
    Stir in heavy cream, tuna chunks broken into smaller pieces and black pepper and heat through.
    Serve hot.
