White Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/4 cup water (optional)
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon creole mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Whisk all the ingredients together until well blended.
    Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    Primarily used with chicken.
