Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 slices light bread
2 cups shredded lettuce
Preparation

Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, almonds and pepper together and mix well.
Divide among 4 slices bread.
Top each with lettuce and another slice of bread.
