Glazed Whole Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small carrots
    3 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water until tender.
    Drain.
    Melt butter in frying pan, stir in sugar.
    Add carrots, cook over low heat, turning several times until well glazed.
    Garnish with parsley.
