Turkey Sausage And Lemon Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) package sliced turkey sausage, hardwood smoked
    8 ounces uncooked pasta (I used mini rotelle wheels)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup canned diced tomato, drained
    1 cup frozen green pea, thawed and drained
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, and add sliced sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Add garlic and cook, stirring consistently for 1 minute.
    Stir in tomatoes, herbs, peas and lemon juice, and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add pasta and toss.
    Top with shredded cheese and serve.
