Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons fat, melted
2 egg whites
Preparation

Measure, mix and sift the first 4 ingredients.
Add the milk gradually, then egg yolks and melted fat, mis.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Cook in a waffle iron following directions given for the iron you use.
