Hungarian Nut Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dough
    8 egg yolks
    4 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 cups Crisco or 1 1/2 cups margarine
    1 orange, juice and rind of, grated
    1 lemon, juice of
    1 pinch salt
    Filling
    1 (15 ounce) jar raspberry jam
    Topping
    8 egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups ground walnuts
    1 lemon, juice and rind of, grated
    4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, grated
Preparation
    Mix together dough ingredients.
    Spread into a greased/sprayed 17\" x 12\" x 2 3/4\" pan.
    Spread jam on top of batter.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Blend nuts, chocolate and lemon into the egg whites.
    Spread on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour.
