Peri Peri Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs chicken
    4 dried arbol chiles
    1 dried ancho chile
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon sea salt
    1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
    1/2 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
    1 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/8 cup fresh onion, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    fist full cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Simmer the chilies in the lemon & water for 10 minutes.
    Add chilies and all other ingredients (except for the chicken) in a processor and blend until it's paste.
    Coat all chicken pieces with paste, marinate for 15 minutes up to 24 hours.
    Grill with offset heat or bake in the oven at 375 degrees till the color of Coca-Cola! Approximately 1 hour?
