Asian Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons fish sauce
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup tamarind paste
    2 Thai chiles
    2 tablespoons palm sugar
    1/2 cup canola oil
Preparation
    For the sauce, place first six ingredients in a processor and blend to a paste. Gradually add the oil, emulsifying the mixture.
