Pasta And Ricotta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups small shell pasta
    4 teaspoons margarine
    3/4 cup ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done, about 9 minutes.
    Drain but reserve a bit of the water in case the pasta is too dry at the end.
    Mix the pasta with the margarine and ricotta.
    If it's too dry, add a bit of the hot pasta water to moisten.
