Hangover Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 ounce) can V8 vegetable juice
1 can beer
3 -6 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation

Place all the ingredients, except shrimp, in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and remove from heat.
Let stand about 20 minutes.
Drain and chill shrimp.
