Creamy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    5 tablespoons flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup margarine (or 1/2 cup margarine & 1/2 cup shortening)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first three ingredients together in a sauce pan.
    Cook over Medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool completely.
    Cream sugar, shortening (margarine) and vanilla.
    Add cooled flour/milk mixture by the spoonful beating after each spoonful.
    Frost Cake.
