Carrots Curacao - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, whole
1/2 cup Curacao
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots in some water till almost tender. Drain.
Add the curacao and butter; heat slowly, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender and have absorbed the flavors.
Salt and pepper to taste.
