Chili Sauce (Homemade) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 vidalia onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
    1 cup honey
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon clove, ground
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to heavy pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 1 hour.
    Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    Return to pot and simmer for 30 minutes more.
