Beef Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup liquid smoke
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Marinate brisket 8-24 hours( I like to use an oven roasting bag).
    Slow roast 4- 5 hours at 250 degrees.
    Allow the brisket to rest before slicing thinly across the grain.
