Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
    2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
    4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Puree red peppers in food processor or blender.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended and refrigerate.
    Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
