Honey In The Slaw (Coleslaw) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
    1/2 cup green sweet pepper, diced (1/4-inch dice)
    1/4 cup red pepper, diced (1/4-inch)
    1/4 cup mayonnaise (Lite is fine)
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon celery seed
    pepper
Preparation
    Toss the cabbage & peppers, set aside.
    Whip the remaining ingredients together. Add to cabbage/peppers and toss well.
    Cover & chill for approx 1 hour.
