Pancakes Aplenty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoons sugar or (4 ounce) packet sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    cooking spray
    chocolate chips (optional)
    blueberries (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the egg and milk in a large bowl and slowly add the dry ingredients.
    Have an adult heat the griddle or pan and add oil to it.
    Pour batter on the griddle until the pancake is the desired size.
    Flip once to finish cooking when surface begins to bubble.
