Red Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cucumber (peeled if waxed)
    1 beet
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunk
    4 apples
    1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional)
Preparation
    Juice all, (I use Vita-Mix).
    Strain if necessary for smooth texture.
    Garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves.
    Serve at once.
