French Onion Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    MIX all ingredients thoroughly. Shape firmly into 8\"x4\" loaf pan, or shape with aluminum foil in another pan, which is what WE did the first time --
    BAKE 30-45 min or until done. Open after 30 minutes to spoon juices and check meatloaf.
