Tyler'S Taproom Spicy Mustard Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
    1/2 teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
    2 cups canola oil
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, mustard, and chile flakes in a food processor.
    With the machine running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
