No-Cook Strawberry Jam Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 tablespoons strawberry jam
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender (or use a stick/immersion blender), Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Pour into prechilled ice cream maker canister. Process according to manufacturer's instructions.
