Sweet Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) bag wide egg noodles
6 eggs
1 lb cottage cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 lb butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed. Place in large bowl.
In blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture over noodles and transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Prepare crumb topping by mixing graham crackers, brown sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
