Peas With Chives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
8 shallots, chopped
2 lbs frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup chives, chopped
Preparation

In a skillet over medium high heat melt butter.
Add shallots and saute until tender (3-5 minutes).
Stir in peas and broth. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until peas are tender.
Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper.
