Roasted Broccoli With Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups broccoli florets
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
    1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 450 degrees.
    Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper.
    Place on a large baking sheet (which is not air-insulated).
    Roast until broccoli is tender and blackened on the bottom, 10-12 minutes.
    Serve immediately, with lemon wedges.
