    4 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    1/3 cup water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 3/4-inch cubes

    3 cups water
1 1/2 lbs turkey cutlets, cut in 1-inch strips
    salt and pepper, to taste

Add in the potatoes, continuing to stir frequently.

Add the okra and 3c water; bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
