Low-Carb Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados
    2 tablespoons minced onions
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    salt
Preparation
    Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing and mashing until you get the consistency you desire.
