Liver Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 gramms veal liver
1 large onion
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
Preparation

Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor.
In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste.
mix well.
heat the frying pan on medium high heat.
pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil.
using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes.
cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out.
serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream.
