Boozy Fruits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (850 g) tin of sliced peaches
    1 (425 g) tin pineapple chunks
    1 (425 g) tin lychees
    1 (425 g) tin cherries
    200 g prunes
    200 g dried apricots
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brandy
Preparation
    Pour all the juices from the tins into saucepan.
    Add sugar, prunes and apricots.
    Bring to boil,remove from heat and cool.
    Add drained fruit and brandy.
    Store in airtight jar in refrigerator for 1 week before using.
    Serve with cream or ice cream.
