Melon Frappe" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cubed cantaloupe
    1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger
    2/3 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    2 ice cubes
    1/2 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    Puree cantaloupe and ginger in blender.
    Add milk. yogurt, ice cubes and honey and puree.
    Makes 2 cups.
