Light & Fluffy Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix only until smooth.
    Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
    Really good and healthy!
