Savory Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons chopped green onions
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 teaspoons flour
    8 ounces stewed tomatoes
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in butter till tender but not brown.
    Blend in flour.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bacon; cook and stir until slightly thick.
    Reduce heat; cook slowly 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Garnish with bacon.
