Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs flank steaks, aproximately
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 shallot, minced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except steak in a sealable plastic bag. Place steak in the bag and close, squeezing out as much air as possible.
    Let set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to overnight.
    Grill to desired doneness and slice thinly on the bias.
