Pineapple Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling (Wilderness)
18 ounces yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Layer can of crushed pineapple into a greased 9x13 cake pan.
Add a layer of cherry pie filling over the pineapple.
Add layer of cae mix, using entire package.
Sliver 1 cube butter over the cake mix.
Cover with one cup of chopped walnuts.
Bake at 350. 55 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
