Pork With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt and pepper
8 slices cooked pork (or leftover pork roast)
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and orange juice until smooth. Stir in the cranberry sauce and soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add pork and heat through.
