Oven Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 red potatoes
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 teaspoons powdered milk
Preparation

Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 5 wedges
Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a bowl
In a separate bowl, combine eggs and milk powder and mix well
Dip each wedge into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture
Place breaded wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet or baking stone
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, flip wedges, and bake for 20 minutes more
Serve hot from the oven
