Delicous Vanilla Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 g butter
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup flour

Preparation

preheat the oven to 180 C and grease and 8 inch cake tin.
beat the eggs and sugar well, until light and airy. add the soft butter and vanilla. beat well.
sift together the dry ingredients and mix fold them inches.
bake for about 25 min or until the cake test is done.
