Hedgiehog'S Greek Flavoured Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup rice (I prefer to use Basmati)
    1 1/2 cups good quality chicken broth
    1/4 cup chickpeas
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon all purpose Greek seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Heat the olive oil in a pan and add garlic and rice; cook until rice is a bit brown.
    add all other ingredients and bring to the boil.
    reduce heat to medium low; cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork and serve.
