Homemade Breakfast Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
    1 cup quick oats
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons pepitas
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Spread on a baking sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
