Kidney Bean Soup (For One) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces canned kidney beans (half a 14 oz can)
    3 tablespoons salsa (mild, medium or hot)
    2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine kidney beans and salsa in a small microwavable bowl.
    Sprinkle with both cheese. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through. Can stir if desired.
