1 ounce chopped fresh cilantro
4 fluid ounces Rose's lime juice
4 teaspoons salt
5 lbs diced tomatoes
20 ounces diced red onions
1 ounce finely diced banana pepper
12 ounces diced bell peppers
Preparation

Combine salt & Rose's lime juice and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
