Butterscotch Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup butterscotch chips (melted and cooled)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat in enough additional powdered sugar (about 1 cup) to make the frosting spreadable.
