Bavarian Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pudding mix (fat free or sugar free)
    1 cup milk
    1 cup light sour cream
    1 (8 ounce) container yogurt (light or fat free)
Preparation
    Mix milk and pudding together until just slightly thickened.
    Add remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
    Chill.
    Serve with fruit.
