Chicken-Mayo Parmesan Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
    1 tablespoon oil
    kosher salt (optional)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    1 large firm plum tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies (drained and chopped)
    3 -4 green onions, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
    black pepper
    2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
Preparation
    Set oven to 450 degrees.
    Place the prepared pizza on a pizza pan.
    Brush the crust with oil, then sprinkle lightly with kosher salt (if using).
    Prick holes in the crust with a fork to prevent riing while baking.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes (if the crust rises while baking just push down withm a fork).
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients (use only 1 cup cheese).
    Spread the mixture onto the pre-baked crust.
    Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup (or more) shredded mozzeralla cheese.
    Bake for about 15-17 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
