Dr. Perricone'S Stop The Clock Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup low fat soy flour
    1/2 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, bring 3/4 cup of water (i use 1/2 cup skim milk) to a boil.
    Stir in 1/2 cup cereal mix (i use 1/4 cup) and turn heat to low.
    Simmer for 1 minute, cover, and remove from heat.
    Allow to stand for 3 minutes.
    Serve immediately with fresh berries.
