Jamaican Chicken Run Down - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 cup coconut milk
    2 sprigs fresh thyme, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
Preparation
    place all ingredients in large heavy skillet.
    simmer over low heat stirring occasional for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    serve over rice.
