Green Masala Spice Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon ground turmeric
    1/2 tablespoon cumin seed
    1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
    1 tablespoon coriander seed
    1 tablespoon star anise
    1/2 tablespoon clove
    6 garlic cloves
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
    2 cups onions, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    1 cup fresh green chili, chopped
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste.
    Divide the mixture in approx tablespoon size portions and freeze for later use.
    It's as simple as that and use in any recipe that calls for masala. You will never go back to buying curry powder!
