Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs ground chuck, cooked, drained
    32 1/4 ounces Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    16 1/8 ounces water
    46 1/2 ounces kidney beans, undrained
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    cook the beef, then throw it all in a crock pot on low for 4-8 hours.
