Honolulu Lulu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces silver rum (light rum)
    1 teaspoon grenadine
    1/2 slice pineapple
    1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients with 12 oz. glass of shaved ice in blender until liquid is semi-frozen.
    Serve in a stemmed cocktail glass.
