Chicken Piccata Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground chicken burgers
    1 (40 g) envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 cup capers, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, fresh
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form into patties; grill or fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until cooked to an internal temperature of 160\u00b0F.
    Delicious topped with Asiago cheese, garlic mayonnaise, and roasted red peppers. Yummy!
